We arrived around 2p after 10 hours flying overnight and were told it would be an extra 40 pounds to check in an hour early, I think exceptions should be made because it’s only an hour. On arrival the staff were friendly and very helpful and this continued for the remainder of our stay. The double room was excellent, a good size, well equipped and clean. Breakfast was first class. Meals were reasonably price and the service was excellent. The bar restaurant was informal and welcoming. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for a weekend break in London. Location was in super easy access to the transport network. Would definitely use again.
