Location , Location , Location
Conveniently located to all the attractions Pigeon Forge has to offer. Great selection of movie channels, the room itself it’s nothing to brag about but it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. What truly matters was the value. We just needed a night to crash after driving from Knoxville to Ashville and this place was perfect. During storm Helene.

Grsat value for money in a clean and extremely comfortable bed. Great location away from most of Pigeon Forge but near restaurants and transportation. Recommended!

10/10 Exceptional

We checked in around 11pm and staff was very pleasant and kind. Check in was easy. Room was clean. Bathtub was showing some wear but clean nonetheless. We felt very safe. Only issue we had was we booked a king room and was given a 2 queen room. It wasn’t a big deal to us and we were too tired to walk back to the lobby so we just went on to bed. We found this property to be a good clean budget friendly hotel. We will definitely stay here again

The room was very nice and very modern. But no closet for clothes to hang when we attended a church conference. No iron boarding when I borrowed the iron. I used it on the desk. Other than this, all went.

No maid service. Had to put our towels and trash outside on a chair every morning and one day I still had to go to the office for towels.

8/10 Very Good

Reception staff were very feiendly and helpful with any requests. Large room with all the basics, except no ironing board. The window would have benefitted from net curtains for privacy. WiFi was not very good, poor signal on some devices and on others it was never posisble to connect. This let down an otherwise good budget option.
