2/10 Poor

Evreything was good until an incident at the pool where my son was accused of being creepy and warned by 5 security officers because he told a life guard he liked her glasses and her eyes were pretty.

Dissatisfied Christmas Vacation
Rooms are Very small, beds were horrible. Stone Hill restaurant staff was great. The restaurant over the water part was RUDE!! The bar staff was great. The halls and elevators continuously smelled like marijuana. When I complained to the front desk, they said they would tell housekeeping?? When I complained to the manager, he said he could not control what people did unless he saw them personally?? But he gave me $100 gift card to the overcrowded arcade. I should have asked him to give me a bottle of Tylenol for the headache the dope was causing me. The front desk people have no personality and don't want to be there and need more training. Housekeeping will exchange towels and are fast about getting them to you & are friendly, prop because they are being called when the pot is being smoked! I will NOT return!! Good luck to anyone that goes!

Eh...
The lodge was huge almost to the point of being inconvenient. You had to walk an extremely long distance to even get to the only elevator. 1 elevator for a ton of guests, most with small children, so we usually used the stairs. The only functioning ice maker was 2 floors up. The room was clean enough, however it was really humid and musty smelling. Our room didn't have a balcony to open up so we propped our door open to air it out. The beds are on the smaller side (full size) rather than queen size. The biggest plus was the water pressure. The shuttle drivers were pretty awesome. The desk clerks were ok. Definitely a lack of knowledge and couldn't explain to me why my payment to hotels.com didn't match what they had and why they charged me an extra hundred. Avoid the night swim pass. They close down the wave pool and swimming pool and only leave open the water slides and the splash pad. It isn't worth it.

Kids had fun in the water park and adventure forest; room was a little tight with four people but we weren't in the room much.
