Luxury Stay
Our room had such an amazing view of the Basillica. The bed was luxurious. The rain shower felt wonderful. The staff were all extremely helpful and welcoming - especially the gentleman at the front desk during the day. I really appreciated the champagne toast we received for our honeymoon. And robes with slippers are always a nice touch! The parking is also very conveniently located next door in a guarded lot. I will definitely stay here when we return.

2nd time staying in this hotel. Would highly recommend. Great location, continental breakfast brought to your room, very Montréal old city vibes! My only improvement point is to upgrade the toiletries - for a high end hotel I would have expected equally high end shampoo and lotions.

Beautiful hotel, in immaculate condition. Staff were super-friendly and helpful. Ideal location to visit the old section of Montreal. The food was great too, including the continental breakfasts left outside the door every morning.

Charming and friendly
We were charmed by the friendliness of staff and the homey comfort of our room. In this day of multiple devices, we might wish for more electrical outlets for charging, but we made it work. There was some noisy construction work right outside our window one morning, but we weren’t too bothered. Free room service breakfast was a delight.

Great Location!
Very clean and the staff were always patient and went out of their way. The room and restaurant were exceptional. There was some confusion with my allergies for breakfast and it took a few days to sort out. Breakfast did not always include utensils. More coffee in the room would be helpful, or included with breakfast.
