Stay could have been better!
The phone did not work in my room so I had to walk to the front desk. The clock was not adjusted for daylight savings time and when traveling over different time zones it is a confusion. The elevator did not work. I had to drag my bags up a long circular staircase, both in and out.

Elevator broken, small bed, bad AC
After check-in we were notified the elevator was broken, we should have been notified before being charged. The queen beds were not queen, they were barely a full. The AC did not keep the room cool. The bathroom ceiling exhaust fan was so loud it sounded like a hurricane. The employee at the front desk was extended beyond her ability and was vocal about the rudeness of customers. She was working check-out and food service. On the plus, the rooms were clean. The cleaning staff were friendly.

They should have warned the guests that they were remodeling the hotel. There were construction workers working inside the hotel. It was a shame not to have known about this.

The floors in our room were very dirty, especially the bathroom. I used a bath towel to clean it. They only clean your room every 4 days. Our bedding needed to be changed and our trash sat full. We had to take our towels to the front desk for clean ones.

Lady was very pleasant when checking in, excellent. Roomwas very good however hot water availability was an issue. Just warm enough to or a rinse , it was better in the morning. Not your issue really but a very loud TV was on all night. Far enough away to be OK but still a nuisance. Breakfast adequate but more than just vanilla yogurt would have been nice. Overall.. thanks.
