We felt that the size of the resort was perfect. It had a relaxed vibe, very few line ups, great food options and you can see that they are trying to improve the resort experience for all guests. We were upgraded to the adults only sun club and there were nice perks to being there. The app was great. It would have been nice to know about it before arriving and then we could have checked things out a bit before.

Yunior at the bar, Julio at room service (he was so sooo good)!!, Carlos at the kaleidoscope buffet, the bartender from Sport bar, Deivid at the lobby who took us to our room, everyone!! We did sun club and the benefits were worth it. We loved our stay, thank you so much to everyone who attended us!!

We had a number of issues with the rooms like plumbing leaks, door locks not working, air conditioning not working, coffee maker not working, slow service, understaffed, lack of chairs and beach loungers. Overall run down self service resort. We enjoyed the weather and the beach where we spent most of the day. The food was okay and the beds were comfortable so we did get some rest and relaxation.

We weren’t even aware this had a family side or an adult side!They put us on the family side and we were on a group adult birthday trip😢The elevators were broke the whole time, I had 3 broken ribs and had to walk up 3 floors to get to our room our whole entire stay!🤔The buffets food was very nasty, even the drinks from the bars weren’t good! I would never stay here again!

We liked the hotel, the only thing we did not like is that when we booked the hotel it said that we did not have to make reservations at the restaurants, however, they changed the policy and when we arrived, there were restaurants that we had to make reservations and all of them were full. There were some that did not require reservations and the food was good, but it was not what we really wanted to eat.

We spent 7 days at Sunscape Coco Punta Cana. People were very nice and friendly. Elvin and Juan at the beach Bally beds were excellent. Very hard working. Food was delicious. Hyat application was extremely helpful. The only thing that was not good were vendors - walking between lounges and Balli beds.
