I had a quick one night stop over in the kingsford with a late enough check in and early check out so I did not get to avail of the many features of this hotel, but what I can comment on is on arrival the staff were very friendly and efficient. Check in was smooth and the guy at the desk was very helpful with ensuring I would be back at the airport in the morning to catch my flight with the free shuttle bus which is very convenient. Also shout-out to the shuttle bus driver who was so friendly and made the ride super comfortable! The room was basic enough but all you need for a stopver between travel. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I missed was having no water in the room which would have been greatly appreciated! I ordered room service to the room and even though I was advised it would take 35 to 40 minutes but arrived in about twenty minutes which I was very glad of! All in all I would stay here again for a quick turn around in Manila.
