nice & cosy hotel, real nice and welcoming staff, the rooms are on the smaller side but the bed is very comfortable, coffee machine with capsuls in the room. clean, many options for breakfast around the hotel. wonderful location as far as public transport with many tram lines. will definately come again

Nice Hotel
The staff was lovely, and they helped us a lot with every question. The hotel is small, the elevator is tiny and you can't get in 2 people and luggage. The room and bathroom are also relatively small and cramped. Nice location, about a 20-30 minute walk to the city center. We walked mostly on foot despite the cold.

Cosy and convenient
Street-facing rooms are a little noisy with the passing trams and traffic directly in front, but the double insulated glass helped keep the cold out and made the room feel cosy. Everything was in working order, location was super convenient, staff was deeply friendly and helpful. I had a very pleasant stay!

Lovely hotel
All of the staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Our room and the communal areas were very clean. The only thing I’d say needs improving is the hairdryer, which was small and lacked power. Overall it is a lovely hotel and I’d definitely stay again.

OK hotel in the center
The room is big and clean enough, but unfortunately the experience wasn't amazing for me. At my arrival, the heating in the room didn't work at all, the staff jumped in to help out, and yes, they did restore it, but the AC unit was so so noisy that it was impossible to keep it on, not only during sleeping time. It's also way too dark in the room and unfortunately the pillos are not very comfy. The staff, however, is great, very friendly and helpful.
