Not Happy
The service from the Manager, Monarch was upsetting. A week prior to my stay I called to reserve 2 rooms and Monarch took all my information over the phone including credit card info and said he would call me back with confirmation #'s and he never did. I called back and according to Teresa, Monarch had left for the day and did not put my rooms in the system. I ended up doing a reservation online. Day of check-in, Teresa gave my dad a difficult time. The breakfast was out, so I asked Monarch if he would refill. He put uncooked/still frozen sausage and biscuits out. I informed him and he went back to reheat. Thank God there was a microwave, so i just reheated my own sausage and biscuits. I was able to cook my own waffle. I have stayed at this hotel several times before when it was under different management. Bring previous owners back!!

The hotel did not honor my reservation. Cash was paid for a room even though my debit card was already charged and once in the room there was bed bugs. The hotel would not refund the cash paid for the room and Travelocity required authorization from the hotel to refund the money for the room to my card. Seems like a scam on the hotels part and Travelocity’s part.
