Hotel was filthy, elevator didn’t work, loitering in the parking lot. Carpet is frayed, dirty and old. Very run down and needs much attention to cleanliness.

Black mold in bathroom/ hair/ . Under the lamp shade it looked like someone smear poop .. very nasty . Told lady when I left Sunday morning early . They came in my room when I was gone and removed towels??Did not put any back

Wouldn't stay here again.
Check in was at 3 we got there at 4:30 and had to wait on our room to be cleaned. The front desk staff were yelling back and forth arguing with each other while we were in the lobby waiting. When we finally got in our room there was a dead bug in the bathroom floor, the smoke detector was hanging off the wall beeping, the toilet was running constantly, no phone in the room and only one lamp worked.

The service and the employees were fine; the room was also clean, but a little untidy. The bed was made, but not neatly as well as the towels in the bathroom, they were not neatly folded. I will still recommend Red Roof Inn Suites.
