we had trouble to get the key. The bed was not changed, disgusting stuff in it. There was problem in the bathroom the floor in the bathroom is full of holes. For a suite at this price it was really deceiving

Hotel was in a good location, however is was a little rundown. Not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. The carpet in our room was quite stained and dirty, toilet seat was broken and shower door seemed to be broken. The bed was clean but very uncomfortable. The room we got did not look like the picture on the website. Also did not receive the free water in our room.

No restaurant or snacks available and breakfast very basic and served on paper plates. I really truly loved the concept of LHotel and thought it would be so fun to stay there. Honestly, no. The hotel felt so dirty. It had stains on the carpet. It smelt funny. and it had someone else hair in the "clean" bathroom. thankfully we only stayed for one night. stay away.

We asked that the drapes in our room be hooked up as we could not properly close them at night and let light in. They did not attend to it. The carpeting in the room was old with a rug over top which did notvlie flat and we were tripping over it. The continental breakfast was only croissants and coffee. As one of us was celiac, there was nothing. Location was excellent.
