We had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond, exceeding 5-star standards in their service and hospitality. The service was truly incredible, available around the clock, and we were always met with cheerful attitudes. The food was delicious(!), and a special thanks to Mahin, who often served us and made our stay even more special. Thanks also to Buddi and Ahmed, who were always happy, attentive, and available by the pool. The hotel was about a 15-minute walk to the metro, and the station is approximately five stops away from Burj Khalifa. Around the hotel, there were plenty of shops and restaurants with reasonable prices since the area is a bit outside the city center. There were also shuttle buses running three times a day to Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa and twice a day to the beach. Our room was cleaned daily. We would gladly come back here again!
