Great employees but hotel systems and facilities are extremely disappointing, this is the second time staying there and is worst than the first time. Extremely difficult to lock/unlock the rooms, no room heaters (we were offered additional blankets though) uneven floors, I smashed a toe. Restaurant was not open except one day of my multiple day stay. The asked me for a credit card for incidentals and they charge me for an extra room by accident, management refused to return the money to my credit card, I am on the middle of disputing/reversing the charge through my bank. Never going back.

Definitivamente volveria
Concepto e instalaciones muy amenas y adecuadas para pasar un fin de semana excelente en pareja. Como sugerencia deberian actualizar sus televisores (para facilitar) el uso de plataformas digitales, cuentan con servicio satelital (lo cual ya no es de uso comun o demandante). Saludos

Fabuloso hotel
Nos encanto, nos falto tiempo para disfrutarlo porque solo estuvimos dos noches, faltan algunos juegos o cosas para que los hijos se entretengan y no había canales para ellos, pero las camas deliciosas, los cuartos lindos, el desayuno rico, el servicio muy bueno, puedes hacer fogatas, esta increíble estar lejos del pueblo, el personal fue excelente, hay amacas, padel. Las camas para nosotros es muy muy importante y realmente descansamos. Fue triste irnos sin disfrutar más.
