Lovely hotel
Really lovely hotel with charm and personality. Room was spacious, bed very comfortable and proper window blinds made the room dark for sleeping. Breakfast was really nice, basic range of alternative but everything was nicely cooked and of good quality. Lovely setting by the river, lots of restaurants nearby and a 5-minute walk to the main shopping street. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

The hotel has rooms over three locations, all of which are in close proximity but not something we were aware of. That said, the standard was good, and the bar area / brasserie was clean, fresh, friendly and great views overlooking the river.

A Windsor stay
Two night stay with a truly excellent location with views over the river from the brasserie. Rooms were very comfortable though we did find the pillows a little to thick and the route to the room (21) on the top floor is not for the unfit as no lift. Breakfast was buffet style and lots of choice.

First and foremost, the location cannot be beat. It is so central to everything you need and beautifully situated on the water. The staff at the front desk during the day were all so helpful and kind, really made you feel like you were at home. My wife and I enjoyed the decor of the rooms, a little different than your typical hotel, but more character for sure. Very comfortable beds as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.
