Sunshine after the atorm
A tour bus of Chinese young people with children showed up at 9:30 pm and that was totally out of control for the entire night. Don’t know if the manager knew but there wasn’t even a modicum of control. Tho there is a reason the Chinese are already the least popular tho the most populous tourist population in history. Once they were gone we had a delightful time.

Very disappointed
No internet anywhere in the building, no hot water for entire stay. Advised management and they tried to correct the situation but still the same after our 2 day stay. Nice staff but ultimately very disappointed with our stay. I travel a lot and have never experienced a place that has no internet or hot water. At least you normally get intermittent wifi or coolish/warm water but now whatsoever. Sorry to give a harsh review but expected so much more from a hotel in Oaxaca.

Agradable Estancia
Agradable lugar y excelente ubicación, ya que está cerca del centro, puedes ir a muchos lugares caminando. Es cómodo, sólo que les hace falta limpiar un poco mejor el baño. En la recepción siempre hay una persona atenta y te dan el mejor precio.

El servicio y amabilidad de los 2 chicos y la chica de la recepción fue excepcional. La habitación muy limpia y la ubicación del hotel es muy buena, a solo una calle del mercado. Solamente el wi-fi no llegaba muy bien a la habitación.

To avoid at all cost!
Where shall I start? By telling you you can here every neighbor as well as the cars on the street, every person the uses the doorbell, every phone call? By telling you the the staff has no problem leaving the door wide open as they take breaks when they are supposed to be cleaning the room? By literally charging you extra if you were to stains on sheets?! (I wrongly assumed they would clean them in between clients) And low pressure moldy hot water? Only in the morning!

No estaban listas las habitaciones a la hora que llegamos (16:00); argumentó la persona de recepción que no podía apresurar a las personas de limpieza porque se enojaban. Nos dieron camas matrimoniales y pagamos por queen size.Tuvimos que solicitar papel higiénico, jabón de manos, cobijas y toallas. El agua caliente sólo es por la mañana y noche, además tuvieron problemas y al final no salía agua caliente.
