Really run down suite, furniture falling to pieces, dishwasher trying to escape the cabinet in the kitchen, the floors were filthy, elevator problems for the entire stay, front of house staff seemed uninformed and disinterested.

Elevators don’t work
Elevators weren’t working on a busy holiday event. I was told my rooms would be connected, then later on they say we couldn’t have connecting rooms. I grabbed the wifi password card and receptionist said it’s not a business card which the wifi password should be shared with everyone checking in.

Comfortable stay. Auite was large but road noise popped up occasionally. Restraunt had tasty food and server was super.. Elevators were out of service one day so everyone had to use the service Elevators. Went down to get a snack and it was pretty much empty. Rooms need some updating. Despite picture of beach it is NOT on the beach!

Very tired rooms & NO AC
Upon check-in we were told AC was being worked on & that we could open our sliding door if we were hot!! This was impractical with the noisy drawbridge of the Intracoastal. Found out from other guests that AC was out for 3 days prior! No compensation or vouchers given. Very disappointed! Hard to believe this is a Hilton. I do NOT recommend!!!

Arrogant and no Air conditioning
We arrived to the hotel at 8pm. We were told that the air conditioning was not working and had been out of service for 2days. We were not notified in spite of having an existing reservation, and receiving multiple texts regarding things to do. The desk person was arrogant and unapologetic. As far as I can tell, we were charged for two rooms under Samson. I am expecting a full refund ASAP.

Nice hotel but missing some small things
Was there early after disembarking a cruise. Was told they would call me after the room was ready but they never did. Went to front desk and it was ready. Room internet was horrible. Couldn’t use anywhere but the living room…even 3 ft away in the dining room it wouldn’t connect. Bathroom seemed to be missing amenities such as soap or body wash. It did have shampoo and conditioner and a third spot with not bottle so perhaps it was just our room.
