Great and reasonable hotel in Pathong
Great hotel I’ve ever stayed in Phuket. I stayed this hotel around 1 month. They gave us great breakfast everyday and regularly cleaned my room. This hotel is just near the Pathong beach which makes us easy to get there. If I have a change to visit Phuket again, I’d like to stay this hotel again.

The name boutique here is misleading. This place is located on a not so nice, noisy street. Furniture in the rooms is very old. I was initially given a room that was dirty and had a funny smell but was moved to another after complaining. The lady at reception when I checked in seemed uninterested in her job all throughout my stay but all others were friendly and accomodating. Breakfast in the restaurant is decent and staff there polite. The pool is nice.

AC and Water heater were not working. We booked two rooms, but both rooms had problems. They arranged new rooms however, the rooms were smelly and they are under renovation. Only for us did they give these smelly rooms on the left wing. For all the other guests, they gave us a room in the new building.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Its a bit out of the way but not too far & away from most of the noise. The rooms & furniture look nice, as do the common areas & pool. For the price (we paid something like £10 a night inc breakfast) its a bargain.

The location is situated about a 20 minute walk to the beach, shopping and dining. On the way, you will find a variety of small business that may appease you to visit. Great value hotel as long as you don't stay at the 5th floor. The housekeeping staff is incredibly loud starting at 8-8:30, do not care much about the guests who are sleeping. Apart from that you need to have breakfast at the time it begins (around 6:30 am) or else you might not eat at all since nothing is being replaced after they're finished (for ex. milk or eggs) and the staff starts clearing things up around 10 am (although it is stated that the breakfast is until 10:30). Overall apart from the receptionists, the staff don't seem to enjoy working there, they simply don't care about anything and always frowning. Overall good value for money, but you can have a much better breakfast around the town for the same price.

We booked for 10 nights. We arrived and checked in. Once we entered the room we knew straight away we would not be staying here. All 3 beds were that hard that the floor would of been more comfortable. Bugs in the room as they had the window open in the bathroom. No furniture on the balcony not that you would sit out there as the air conditioners were so old and noisy. So many things broken in the room. It’s was horrible. We left the property in the morning and spent the next 9 nights at the Hilton Double tree.

This place was nothing like the photos they posted. Worse place to stay. Don’t even get me started with breakfast, literally they had one option and nothing els. Also they never change the breakfast menu. The eggs were disgusting and felt like rubber. The reception crew were lost and hopeless. The building is old. They put up fake photos on the website. We came to stay a resort instead we felt like we were in a rural motel. Not happy at all. We were refused to cancel our stay and get our money back.
