Tem um bom atendimento.
Muito bem recebido, o hotel entrega na medida do que oferece. Limpo e bem localizado. Quarto espaçoso, cama confortavel, banheiro grande. Uma pequena varanda em frente a piscina. Tem espreguicadeiras na frente de cada quarto, e os hospedes na minha estadia respeitaram. So uma observacao, a cortina frontal é translucida entrandonclaridade logo cedo. Um blackout seria mais apropriado. O estacionamento é interno, e atendeu muito bem. A recepcao tambem, muito boa.

A acomodação condiz com o valor cobrado. As instalações no quarto estavam, em geral, bem conservadas, só uma observação que o banheiro do quarto tinha um cheiro forte. A piscina limpa e jardim bem cuidado. A equipe foram todos bem educados e simpáticos. Os preços do bar estavam condizentes, nada abusivo. Porém, um ponto a melhorar no bar é a qualidade das opções de porções servidas, realmente muito abaixo do aceitável. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, padrão, nada de especial. Uma pena que a praia logo em frente ao hotel estava com muita sujeira trazida pela maré, mas isso independe do hotel.

Temos muito medo de comprar estadias de hotel pelo site sem conhecer, as vezes as opiniões pessoais de alguns, acabam afastando quem já está com dúvidas, mas o Almai foi uma grata surpresa. Oferece tudo o que precisa para uma estadia de descando, ou até mesmo quem precisa de internet para trabalhar. É um point familiar ou pra quem quer se aventurar em seu kite surf, pois o mar está no "quintal do hotel". O quarto é limpo, café da manhã muito bem servido e os funcionários de recepção, limpeza, manutenção, etc são todos muito cordiais e comprometidos para o bem estar de todos. Fizemos o check out, mas queríamos aproveitar até o final do dia no hotel, onde gentilmente a recepcionista disse que poderíamos liberar o quarto e curtir a vontade as demais comodidades do hotel, pois ofereciam banheiros com chuveiro fora dos quartos. Parabéns a todos do hotel e pretendo voltar muito em breve pra curtir mais alguns dias por ai.

A nossa estadia no Almai Cumbuco foi irretocável. Encontramos o Apto limpo, arrumado e conforme mostrado nas fotos do aplicativo. A piscina encontrava-se sempre limpa. Os funcionários eram muito educados, atenciosos e sempre prestativos. O café da manhã era variado e os itens eram constatemente repostos. Certamente retonaremos em outras oportunidades.

Estadia razoável
Razoável, infelizmente no dia que fomos estava com problema no wi fiz, a limpeza do ambiente em geral é boa, para limpeza dos quartos é até às 16h porém eles dão prioridade aos quartos que estão vagando para receber os novos hóspedes, o meu não deu tempo de limpar pois eles foram as 15:30 na hora que tínhamos ido descansar, ficou com muita areia , a Tv estava com a imagem comprometida pela metade, o café da manhã é bem satisfatório, o atendimento dos funcionários muito bom.
