This was without a doubt the worst hotel we have ever stayed at.
The checkin process was slow and the staff members made us feel like we were a problem just by checkin in. The woman checking us in was more focused on changing the music on her phone than checking us in and she even forgot to give back my license which I had to retrieve later.
Once we arrived in the room, the entire floor was flooding from the air condition unit, we called reception and they advised they would send maintenance and we requested a room change instead as it was late at night when we checked in, they told us to come down to reception to change rooms but once we arrived at reception they advised us we could not change rooms until maintenance had inspected the issue. They did not inspect until the next morning so we had to use all of our provided towels to mop up the floor which just kept getting soaked. They attempted to fix the leak but it did not work so we were left with a disgusting and moist room which smelt like mold and over our stay caused us breathing issues and has even made my husband sick.
There was also no safety, we had strange men tampering with our door handle late at night.
The walls are paper thin, so thin that our neighbors alarm was so loud it woke us up each morning.
Upon checkin the room was dirty, previous guests hair on the floor, stains all over the bath and sink area, did not feel clean the entire time here. This hotel needs a serious update and I would not recommend.
