Its a place to sleep
It was OK. We spent 14 days in Florida and stayed at 5 properties. I would rate this one 4th overall for value vs luxury. Nothing stood out as special and the breakfast was lacking. it is ok for a night.

Good for a night stay
An older hotel, we were put in the side with construction. The elevators had carpet hanging from the side and thought it was out of service. Room smelled of must and mold prob from being several years old. The price was good and we just needed somewhere to sleep for the night so it was fine.

Meh, good value for the $
Early checkin was helpful. The elevators are on one end of the hotel so if you get the room at the other end it's quite a shlep, especially with luggage (no help there). Their website said they had an EV charger but they did not. It also failed to mention the "heated" pool was closed.

The hotel room & hallways definitely had seen better days. I was in the second tower, far away from the lobby and it seemed a little abandoned. Definitely not like the other Crowne Plaza hotels I’ve stayed in. The lobby and lobby bar were very nice and the service in the bar was excellent

Silent check in
Check in was very awkward and quiet. No greeting from either of the 2 ladies at the front desk. (I'm a speaker, I speak to everyone I make eye contact with.) One lady said to the other, "I'll take her while you finish..." The lady who "took me" just held her hand out for my ID, checked me in and said, "You're in Tower 1 on the 4th floor." I wasn't asked to sign anything, no review of charges, no "have a great day", just silence. I asked if I needed a parking pass, the two ladies mumbled something to each other and said the printer was out. I said thank you, and went about my way.

Hotel has mold and bedbugs… Had to switch rooms… And after the second room had the same problems we just left and went somewhere else. Very surprised since Crown Plaza flag is usually better than decent. Not this one.
