"Our room on the second floor of Soco Tower was clean and nicely furnished. It was quiet and very spacious. We had a gourmet burger and fries at Street Burgers and both were fresh and delicious. Great experience At Harrah’s!"
"Everything was lovely! Especially the spa experience, we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and beautiful facilities. We also dined at four of the restaurants onsite and the food throughout the property was excellent!! We are already looking forward to our next visit. "
"The stay was comfortable and pleasant complete with friendly and welcoming staff. Overall the facility was clean. I did run into some questionable staining on the bed linens to which I requested and was given clean linens (Sheets with staining should trashed not placed on a bed for the next guest). The sofa in the room also had some spots which resembled pet drool, I would recommend the facility to invest in a steam cleaning machine especially for rooms that house pets. Also, we were only given 2 towels and 2 wash cloths for a 3 night stay for 2 people therefore we had to request more of those from the front desk. The facility should consider the number of patrons and days of a reservation when stocking the rooms. Having to request clean linens and bath towels can be a real inconvenience especially those in town on business. Overall, the facility and staff did leave a good impression with a few minor tweaks this property could be on the 5 star rating. "
