Unfortunate
Check in took 30 minutes. First room assigned was occupied when I tried to enter. Bathroom very small even though the second room they assigned me was on Executive level. AC Unit did not respond to wall T-stat and cold air kept blowing constantly......yet wall Stat recorded temp as 81. A tech came up and reset unit but also had to give me a remote for operating the unit. Printer in business center did not work. All this for double what I pay for a room at the Wingate by Wyndham a half mile away. I never send in bad reviews but this one rose to the level of noteworthy.

Stay for a quick overnight while waiting on a flight. Hue disappointment that there was no airport shuttle for hotel gas only for airline personnel. Obviously all about making a buck.
