I requested and paid for a room with a balcony because my grandson was traveling to visit and needed a 6 foot distance. The room had NO balcony, was on the first floor, and the outdoor firepit and benches were never available. We spent $135 and didn't even sleep there, just spent time on the freezing boardwalk. Never again.

Fast check in, smaller hotel, newly renovated, right on the beach, McDs next door, safe parking, no key required to access elevator but key needed to enter hotel. All room on the second floor.

It was great. The service was wonderful. Room was clean. We loved the bar and fire pit. Location was great; walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The staff was incredibly helpful. They were kind, courteous and beyond pleasant. Customer service is definitely a priority to them. In closing, my son left behind his earbud s. Upon calling, they offered to mail them to us. The staff member with whom my son was very considerate and kind. This hotel was beautiful and quite clean. Stay here if you can.

everything was great . we did have issue with noise at 2 am. Girls outside were loud enough that we heard them and it woke us up. But outside of that everythiing else was really great.
