Let’s start with the good, the staff is truly amazing. Before even arriving to the hotel I couldn’t find the entrance and stopped to ask a lady if she knew where it was, surprisingly it turned out she works at the hotel and insisted on walking me to the door, thank you kindly for this Honey.
Once inside I was checked-in and looked after by Violeta, who was extremely helpful and genuinely nice, I want to thank you too.
Unfortunately, after a couple of hours I noticed the heating in my room wasn’t working, mind you this is a cold country and we’re in the middle of winter. Violeta did try to help me but unfortunately they didn’t have any extra heaters and I had to make do with 2 extra duvets.
It was okay, I managed to warm up, but what a dreadful morning it was when I realised I would have to get off from under the covers in a freezing cold room, it was absolutely horrible.
You have great staff and a great location, and I do 100% give a 5 star rating to the staff, but having a freezing cold room is just unacceptable. I do hope you get this sorted out soon for future guests.
