Nice, but could be better.
Stayed in SP101 loft. The loft was clean and nicely furnished. Please note SP101 has two beds, however one bed is in a downstairs area that is right next to the entrance to the building and it can be very loud when people come in late at night. Also, as someone else mentioned, there is a very bad smell that smells like sewage in the downstairs area. Also, the spiral stairs in the unit rattle, so you will wake up anyone trying to sleep downstairs. The spiral stairs were annoying. Please note the bathroom is downstairs so you have to use the stairs…

Perfect Place to Stay for Quebec Christmas Market
WOW, what a find! Awesome location within a 3 minute walk of Petit Champlain. The loft had everything we needed, complete kitchen, dishwasher and unexpectedly, a washer / dryer (unit 103). This is great to know for a future visit to Quebec City. Only minor glitch was that we arrived at the loft, but check in instructions had not yet shown up in our email. We emailed the property, and within minutes had the check in codes and details, so the service was very prompt and helpful. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay, right near the heart of the old city and was a great location to explore the Quebec Christmas markets!

The only thing should be done during booking process is giving out directions how to get to paid parking lot to save some time for guests. Sp 106 is nice. It could use a couple of small things…roll of paper towels & extra hooks for bath towels. But it is otherwise clean & convenient to Old Quebec if you don’t mind walking up the hill. Great breakfast & coffee near by. Convenient to cruise ships as well if you are taking a cruise. The view out the window is the brickwall next door, but if you aren’t indoors that much, it’s not a big deal. Would definitely look into other Les Lofts properties now that we know the city a little better.

The loccation was stellar. Getting the air/heat and the internet to work was frustrating. When i contacting them I got an email when I asked for a call and that came much later. Food was still in the cabinets and fridge from a previous guest. The location is perfect, high end luxury shopping, great restaurants, and in a historical district that was previously the "wall street" of Canada. The beds are small, I think full size, the duvet covers had to be put onto the duvets yourself. It made me realize, that though I liked having a kitchen, I wouldl prefer a hotel.
