Convenient Travelers Hotel
This is a well maintained property with mostly friendly service (its an auto-mated Kiosk type checkin and checkout process, so not so much personal interaction). The rooms are comfortable with nice amenities (tea pot, cups, and such by request). Nice TV with ability to 'cast' from your phone, so you can watch content in your choice of language. Nicely located with ability to walk to multiple konbini's (convenience store) and small eateries. I had no issues over my 4 night stay.

Good budget hotel in a good location
The room is very clean but very small for 2 people. The location is convenient and close to everything. As a budget hotel, it is pretty good.

The staff here were amazing and easily the best service I’ve experienced. They were kind, understanding and extremely helpful. They also helped us tremendously with luggage transfer service. The staff work very hard and are admirable in their service. The rooms are quite small, but this is to be expected for Tokyo - Shinjuku especially. However, the room easily makes up for it with its cleanliness, amenities and convenience. We would recommend this hotel to a single person, or two small people for sizing. Lovely hotel, lovely staff and we would book here again.

This hotel is amazing for the price. The rooms are small but have everything you need and the location is a short walk from the Shinjuku station. The approach to the hotel isn’t the best with lots of clubs in the streets around the hotel but once inside you soon forget. This hotel offers great value for money with the rooms fully cleaned every other day and fresh towels and 2 bottles of water provided daily. Highly recommend - the service and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable

The area felt festive and a little crowded at times! I found it Hilarious that late nights there were many people trying to walk straight down the Street.
