Location is everything
We came during a cold spell but the courtyard was sheltered from the wind so it was lovely to sit out. Staff we very pleasant and eager to help. Walls were a little thin, we could hear the people in the next room and the many roosters outside! It was a very comfortable stay and the location was fabulous

Great old town boutique hotel
It's right off of Duval and in a great location. We had the suite and it had tons of space. The check-in was quick and easy and the grounds are all well maintained, clean and nice. The pool was nice. It was a little cool at night so we really enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated being able to use it any time (no restricted hours). You do have to climb steps to get to the upper floors. This did not bother me. It's a boutique hotel, not a Ritz Carlton, and I liked that. There was a larger mini-fridge, microwave and kitchenette area, a small table and chairs, couch and king size bed. Lots of space. Being adults only was also great. It's a little older but if you're looking for a nice comfortable room close to the action on Duval at a decent price this is a great find.

Great hotel and great location. The room was lacking being in an attic. Noisy ac and the shower had no water pressure. Other rooms are probably better in this place. Staff were nice.

Although only a minute away from Duval Street the property is very quiet and private but close to all the bars and restaurants. Lovely relaxation areas, pool and hot tub with a good breakfast selection plus the daily happy hour is a nice touch. We were there at the time of Hurricane Milton and the staff were very helpful in giving us advice in how best to stay safe.
