Lack of Comfort Led to an Early Departure
I reached out ahead of time regarding early check-in but didn’t receive a response. I arrived at the hotel at the time I’d mentioned in my request, hoping to check in early if possible. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk, so I waited until I was greeted. I inquired about an early check-in, fully understanding it might not be available, and was informed that my room wasn’t ready. This was fine, and I then asked if there was a secure place to leave my bags. While I was able to leave them behind the counter, the setup didn’t feel particularly secure.
When I returned at the standard check-in time, the check-in process was quick and straightforward. However, I was disappointed with the room itself; it felt outdated and uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi signal was weak, and both the bed and pillows weren’t up to standard. Due to these issues, I decided to leave after only a couple of hours and found alternative accommodations. Unfortunately, I understand that the room is non-refundable, but I felt that staying any longer would have been unsatisfactory.
