The refrigerator did not work, the outlet in the bathroom did not work and the room clock did not work. The clerk was told our issues and said we are sold out and did not have any people to repair and made it clear she did not care. Room was old and in tough shape.

It’s ok
If you want an inexpensive hotel to stay in before going on a cruise, then this is it. However, ice machine is on the ground floor and outside. That was a little bit of an inconvenience. The vending machines were not working for waters. The hotel staff was a very, very nice however. Room was OK, it was definitely what you pay for.

Staff was courteous. Hotel and room were super clean! Great cleaning staff right now!! Room small, but enough for the purpose. Love the lighting options in the room. Lots of plugs. Nice bench above the AC. My only issue with the room: Soap and shampoo on the wall were useless: plenty of liquid- no soap. Bring your own soap and shampoo. Great variety of breakfast choices. Thank you for paper products (not styrofoam!). My only probable with breakfast were the rubbery, not-so-real eggs, but at least there were eggs. We stay here every time I fly out of Jax. We stay here for 1) super clean 2) great breakfast 3) free shuttle to Jax airport 4) cheap long-term parking 5 great price

It was ok
It was ok, it did the job of a place to sleep and shower. The staff was great and friendly. The walls were riddled with scuffs and black marks. The doors and counters all had dings , scratches and even chunks missing. The bath tub had a hole in it with a piece of tape covering it. The toilet seat did not fit well and moved to the side when sitting on it. The whole room felt humid and damp with a mildew smell. The breakfast was typical but not bad and the area was clean. We did not use any other amenities. I was concerned about the $100 refundable deposit because of all the prior damage to the room but the hold was immediately removed from my card after check out.
