No comforter or blanket for pull out bed!!
Best SPA in Vegas as this hotel. Canyon Ranch has a salt room and many wonderful amenities. Services are overpriced but fully worth it for Spa amenities. Excellent restaurante onsite the premises wonderful Pool áreas and nice indoor walk to Sphere. Downside — horrible customer service and lack of bedding for the pull out couch bed. They didn’t have a blanket or conforter in the room for the bed and said there were none available i should turn up the heat instead. Even Motel 6 has sufficient blankets so a $600/night room should too. I don’t care how large or how booked a hotel is — blankets are a necessity. And when I kept calling and complaining I was cold and needed a blanket they referred to blankets as “amenities”. This was absurd. I literally slept using bath towel over me until hours and many complaints later i got a thin blanket but no comforter. And there were only two small scratchy bath towels. The women manager I spoke with at rhe front desk was insanely rude and lacked any compasión.

Thirsty
I like this hotel, and have been coming here for years. However, in this day and age I find it pretty ridiculous that there aren’t any water bottle refill fountains on any of the floors. Not even unfiltered water spouts to get water from the ice machines. The only place to refill a water bottle that I found was in the spa / entrance the gym - which closes at 10pm, so after that you’re out of luck. I get that they want you to spend $10 on water bottles in the casino ($16 for the ones in the room), but they could at least put a water filter fountain somewhere in the hotel that’s accessible 24/7. It may seem nit-picky, but for what we spend at the hotel + food it doesn’t seem like that much of an ask.

Terrible service
Horrible check in/out process!! The service and management are terrible. We had two rooms; called ahead of time to have them close by or on the same floor and they arranged it. But when we arrived at 3PM, they put us on two different floors. After calling the customer line, the lady was kind enough to accommodate us, but mentioned that one of the rooms will be ready in a bit. During the check in they did not give us the key and told us that they will call us and hand it to us once ready. Well that did not happened. 3 hours later (while we called twice to the customer line each with 10-15 mins wait time!) they texted us (automatic text) about the quality of check in process! when talked to them again we realized there were no note about handing us our room key!! We had to go back to the check in desk again for the second time (with long line) and when I asked for manager, he was unapologetic and rude saying "they were busy". Well if they are no staff to service rush holiday season, they should not sell all the rooms!!! At the end we got the key, and the manager waived the two nights of resort fee (big deal!!) We got to the room at 9PM (night plans all destroyed), and found the room had no shampoo, towel, extra blanket etc. We called the front desk with 15 mins wait time! They brought shampoo right away, but the blanket arrived 12:30 AM when we were sleeping! During the check out the folio also had a wrong balance, which we had to call again (10 mins wait ) and have it sorted.
