My stay was disappointing due to severe air quality issues. The first two rooms had a strong mold and humidity smell, and the third, while slightly better, left my pajamas soaked overnight. The rooms lack air circulation, and the windows don’t open, making it hard to breathe—especially for someone with asthma.
When I requested a room with an opening window, I was first told none were available. After Expedia intervened, they suddenly had one—for an extra $100. This dishonesty and lack of flexibility from the manager were frustrating.
Despite the staff’s efforts, the conditions were unhealthy and unacceptable. I have no idea how this hotel gets such high reviews. Would not recommend.
