I had an amazing weekend stay at the Faena. It was my first stay at the hotel, and I was very impressed. My suite was luxurious with an amazing view of the sea. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful, and efficient. We hardly left the property as there is so much to do and experience from the pool to the beach club to the spa, and not to mention the restaurants and bars. Would love to stay again. Simply the best hotel in Miami Beach.

8/10 Very good

Everyone at hotel was great. Moved me to a better room after the first was too noisy - it was the elevator next to my room. Beach Staff and restaurant could not be better. However, concierge was not great. Couldn’t help with any rezy or the spot in NYC. When I asked about making a simple dining reservation at the hotel itself (which is fantastic,) they were looking for a markup on a table rezy…so my two cents stay at the hotel but make your own rezy
