Photos make the place look nicer than it was. You get what you pay for. It’s reasonably priced and not wildly nice. I just thought the photos looked better than it was in person. It was very clean though. Service was OK.

Basic but clean and spacious!
The room was basic but VERY clean and the king bed was super comfy! I would recommend they put in a directory to tell people where restaurants and shops are - we helped some people out after we had found eating places. Also stuff like the nearby laundromat would be useful in a directory. But the staff are lovely and we would recommend the place totally.

Nice remodel, friendly staff
Staff at check was very kind and accommodating as we wanted something away from the street. Rooms were nicely upgraded - fridge & microwave. Plenty of towels and shower/bathtub combo was nice. Will for sure stay here again!

Loud street but comfortable room
It was an average stay at a motel downtown with loud traffic going by all night. Our room was right by the Main Street. There was drag racing and horn honking all night long and a crash of a car into a tree right outside the hotel. This was in no way the fault of the motel but just beware if you expect a quiet restful night of sleep, you won’t get it here. Also, it’s called a Hotel but it really is a Motel.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were super clean and updated, and the parking (though tight) was nice to have underground instead of on the street. Street noise was loud but in a busy city that's to be expected.

Great place to stay
Great place to stay, convenient location for sightseeing in San Fransisco. Parking was plentiful. Super friendly staff and very helpful. The rooms appeared somewhat old-fashioned, but they were acceptable for a short stay. The hotel was clean and secure, which is the most important thing for any stay.

I really like the location and clean spacious room. Free parking is a big bonus in SF. We can easily park our car in their secured garage and hop on Muni. The only down side that initially scared us is their elevator. It’s an old cargo lift. Maybe the owner can change the interior of the lift. The carpet was to ceiling in elevator is really not appealing. Everything else is just perfect. Would love to stay there again next time visiting SF
