DO NOT STAY HERE. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I WAS ASKED TO CHECK OUT EARLY BY THE HOTEL AND WAS PROMISED A REFUND FOR THE UNUSED NIGHTS. TO DATE, I HAVE RECEIVED NO COMMUNICATION, NO INVOICE, AND NO REFUND. I HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH THE HOTEL COUNTLESS TIMES, BOTH BY PHONE AND EMAIL, AND EACH TIME I AM MET WITH THE SAME RESPONSE: “SEND US AN EMAIL.” WELL, I DID - MANY TIMES - AND NO ONE RESPONDS. HOTELS.COM HAS BEEN EQUALLY USELESS IN RESOLVING THIS ISSUE. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND FOR THE FOLLOWING UNUSED NIGHTS?
