Ridiculous elevator wait times
The Hotel was good but out of the four elevators the hotel had only two were working for the entire weekend. The hotel was full and the wait to use the elevators was between 30-60 minutes. Also the housekeeping staff also had to use the elevators which made the waits even longer.

Was good but elevators were terrible waited on the 6th floor for 15 minutes finally just used the cold fire exit stairs which didn’t exit to 2nd floor parking

Okay hotel, with a nice location
The location of the hotel is great, and the staff were great as well. The elevators are horrible, waiting 20-30 mins to use an elevator very often. We used the stairs when we could, but with a stroller and suitcase we needed to use the elevator. The rooms were okay, pretty dated and very poor sound proofing.
