Best thing about the hotel is its downtown centrality. A visitor to Calgary may find it disorienting, but it's location allows a visitor to find their place within the city, be aware of the city's amenities, and sur of the airport 's locality. Staf are friendly and assisting.

We only stayed for one night, but the room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier than the check-in time. The hotel is in a great location and is walking distance from the river and nearby shops and restaurants.

Very nice hotel and good value for the money. Excellent location. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. We had a suite with kitchen, living room, bath and bedroom.

This is an older property that has been converted from apartments. Staff are friendly; everything is clean; bathrooms are small. The kitchen has very limited cooking supplies. But it is good to have two bedrooms and a separate living room, especially if you are travelling for business and need to work from the hotel.

8/10 Very good

Over a two week period during my visits to Calgary I stayed twice at the hotel: two nights and three days at the beginning of the trip and one night and two days at the end of my trip. I found the reception to be quick and friendly and responsive upon my arrival as well as helpful as I was getting orientated around the city. The advantage of the hotel is that it is in the center of the city and a visitor (provided with useful landmarks) can easily travel about to tour, to dine, to make appointments. The rooms themselves were clean though to a degree in need of repair, there should have been a discount. The kitchens large and clean and helpful with their instant coffee machines. Entranceways and elevators were easy to access. Included as well were some minor issues of the wi-fi which didn't communicate with my phone but did with my tablet.

Clean and big room. The kitchen had everything we could need. The location is great, you can easily walk around. I put 4 stars instead of 5 because it is a but noisy and the air conditionning was in the living room and not the bedroom so it was not as cold to sleep
