Close to attractions
This hotel is conveniently located with lots of other hotels and restaurants, near attractions. The walkways are all outside and, unfortunately, our room was all the way at the end of the building and near a stairwell, so it was a little noisy.

Everything was good other than the following: Ac/Heater was loud, one toilet roll holder was broken, bed was kind of hard. However, staff was excellent and breakfast was delicious. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Superb room
This ranks as one of the best stays I have had at a motel. The room was clean and ready for us including having the heater going as it was a very cold day. The room had lots of USB outlets including the older type a and the newest USB-C type. We had a king suite that included a 'fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Two things I really want in a room is for it to be quiet and dark. This room excelled in both features. This motel is definitely at the top of my list next time I travel to Pigeon Forge.

Was a good room, only problem I had was I booked a handicap room with a roll in shower due to walking problems, got a room with a tub which was difficult for me to get into DESPITE the grab bars. Other than that it was a very nice room.
