Bad Experience
We checked in. The room was clean, but it wasn't welcoming. It was a cold ambiance. At midnight people tried to enter our room. The front desk had assigned another group to our room. After finding out it was occupied, the girl at the front desk came back insisting no one was supposed to be there. She made my husband get dressed go to the front counter & prove we were there legally. We packed our bags & checked out immediately. The only redeeming factor was the gentleman then on duty at the front counter was extremely apologetic & worked to get our entire stay refunded. He was exceptionally kind & gracious. His name began with L.

Serious Mildew issues
There is a big issue at the property with moisture and mildew. We notified the front desk of the issue. Our windows were completely blocked by mildew so we could not see out of either window. The room was moist and had a muggy feel. I included some photos where you can see it and the one pane where I cleaned it a little. I left the washcloth next to it, covered in green mildew, and it sat there the entire stay. This was a “suite” so the best room of the hotel. We had a 4 night stay.

Overnight Stay
We stayed overnight as we were passing through. The room and linens were clean which is always my biggest concern. The bed was too hard for me but my husband slept well. There was a breakfast that started at 6 am. I can’t speak to longer stays, but overnight was very good.

I have a comfortable stay The staff was really polite and helpful at the front desk, i could asked any questions, they were willing to help in every way. The YouTube keep cutting out, one of male from the front desk came up to sought it out, forgot his name. Cleaning to reassess with individual house keeper, some are excellent in what they do, other need to be more focus on their cleaning regime. Example, not sure what one person use to clean the bath room one day, it left with foul smell. The sofa need cleaning, dirty spots, small splash on the wall, looks like coffee stains. The drawers, i could not put my clothes into it, because of it smells.

Lovely stay, especially enjoyed Gigi at front desk
Host Gigi was incredible and treated us like close friends and was our single best customer service experience in all of our Florida vacation. Breakfast was a great deal and well worth it. This hotel was great value. This hotel IS close to Dania Beach which was excellent and also a nearby nice arcade we enjoyed. However this hotel was NOT close to the many Miami and South Beach activities we drove to. So maybe stay closer to Miami if that concerns you. Even though drives from Fort Lauderdale to Miami only show 35 minutes, they were constantly over an hour due to heavy traffic in this area, and lots of tolls.
