Beware!
The rooms smell like cigarette smoke and there are roaches! I don’t think the floors were ever mopped! My socks were so black from that nasty floor. The people at the front desk and the others that work there don’t care how your stay is. We left and went to another motel where the people cared about our stay.

Visiting St. Pete for a Week
We were visiting family in St. Pete for a week. The hotel was conveniently located to all our routes and destinations. The breakfast service was good with an adequate selection.The accessible room was comfortable for us. The floor looked clean but could have used a better mopping as our feet were black when we got in the shower the first day.Towels were nice and fluffy. The mattresses were okay, not as good as home but passable. TV was good with LOTS of stations. A paper station reference guide would be helpful to have.The staff was very pleasant and accomodating.The room was located on the corner of a hallway where people tended to gather outside. Consequently, voices from outside were disturbing at times during sleeping hours. A better fitting door may help this situation as there was about a 1/2" opening across the bottom. All things considered, the stay was a good value for the money.

Overall the stay was ok, it's to no fault of the business but it constantly smelled like either weed or cigarettes the moment you would step outside, and even sometimes in the room. However to the fault of the business, the floors had been completely uncleaned and for the whole trip left a completely black residue on our feet/shoes/socks anytime we walked on the floor. At one point we even used a towel and scooted across the floor and it was totally black. Theyre also extremely strict about their 11oclock checkout time seeing as the deactivated our room keys AND tried to get into our room at 11am sharp while my wife and I were still in bed. Will not be returning

Disappointed
The room was clean but smelled like cigarette smoke. We are not smokers so can smell it right away. The housekeepers were walking around smoking so we think it was from them. We were also charged $100 incidental fee instead of it just being a hold. Didn't quite understand that. Was told it would be 3 to 5 days to have it refunded. There was no hot breakfast just waffles and pastries.

We stayed for one evening. The staff was curteous and helpful. The front desk was clean and inviting, as well as the breakfast area. The rooms were nice and very clean minus normal wear and tear. The grounds were dirty, garbage on the ground in many areas.
