It's an OKAY hotel.
Staff on the weekend was Amazing. If you plan your stay that includes weekday, you will be dissapointed. This hotel does not offer other perks for a weekday stay except for cheaper rates, no services, no restaurants after 9. This is a casino, please offer food. No room services, no bell hops, single person valet, closes after 10pm, and valet parking rate is not for 24hrs from check in. Understaffed. PLEASE, ALSO CHANGE YOUR HOTEL PHOTO. Bally's hotel is not a LONE hotel on that street and definitely not whithin trees. It's right beside other towering casinos.

Disappointing
Unfortunately this time around not the best. Usually Ballys is one of our favorites but this occasion customer service was unfriendly, we could never get a hold of front desk via phone.. it's just kept ringing and holding music, room was stuff and the king size bed we requested was def more a queen size. Last day power was shut off due to a power generator they needed to fix but it was very inconvenient when it came to getting ready with no power. Was a bit disappointed this time around.

Ruined our vacation
I booked for a 2 queen bed room. When I checked in, the front desk gave me room 972. The room was right next to the elevator, and we were hearing the loud elevator sound all day, all night. We found some cracker crumbles on a chair, super dirty coffee machine, and hairs in the restroom when we entered the room. I called the front desk and request for changing the room, and the person I talked said that since I booked the hotel through 3rd party(hotels.com), she can not change the reservation. I said I am not asking to change the reservation, I just want to switch the room because the noise was super bothering. She then said all rooms are fully booked so there was nothing she could do. Ok, I understand that all the rooms are fully booked, but what I do not like was her attitude. She sounded super rude, and hated her job. Why I am paying the same amount of money like other guests but I had to suffer from the loud noise for 4 nights? She could offer something, like discount or some kind of compensation, but no, she was rude the whole time while we were having conversation. I understand she was busy, but that does not mean she could be rude to guests. The family vacation supposed to be great, but this hotel ruined our vacation. The hotel should not even offer that room to any customers....this was ridiculous.

Terrible 1st experience
We arrived and tried checking in at the specified time to be informed that our room was not ready.. 4 hours later we were FINALLY put into our room. This is New Years Eve I might add and we needed to get ready for reservations that we had. I was told the room was going to be comped and that the only thing I needed to pay was for the valet parking. I tried asking for documentation to show the refund went back to my card and was told they see it on their end and there are notes in the system that show it was to be refunded but they could not provide me with any paperwork. It has been almost a week and the charges are still on my card. I would like to have someone contact me ASAP to handle this.

Nice view but go somewhere else
Booked this hotel and stayed for a night. Very dingy, parking doesn't have ample lights which made MIL and my wife unsafe, rooms were dated with broken furniture and carpet were damp. Would never stay here again.

Bad experience
I get that you get what you pay for, but at least vacuum the room! There was coco puffs in our room from the previous guests.we didn't notice until the morning since we arrived late. The entire 4th floor smelled gross, like popcorn butter, which I am sure was not why there was that smell. The room had a loud intermittent knocking sound coming through the walls. It may have been the water running from another room as our room did thr same with the shower on. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was not functional. I had to call from my personal phone to go through the prompts to talk to someone. They replaced the phone, they could not figure out what caused the noise. The next morning the power went out in half of our room. Too many issues for 1 night stay. Next time I would rather spend double at another hotel to avoid these issues if that is possible. It just happen to be at a convenient location. Hopefully they raise their standards on cleanliness and service.

Disappointed.
Couldn’t check in until 4:00 on the dot and the line was 50 people deep with only 3 people working. First night requested a new hair dryer bc the one in the room wasn’t working. Didn’t ever get it. Second day, no hot water in morning or evening, received no housekeeping service, requested clean towels in the evening and didn’t receive them. Hair all over the bathroom floor. Unfortunately we will not stay there again.
