USD$43 for a kettle or USD$23 for hot water.
Travelled there as family with a 7 months old. Ask for hot water to make milk for baby and they wanted to charge me USD$43 for a kettle. When ask for a pot of hot water they want it to charge me USD$23. Had to walk around different restaurants and bars in the restaurant and ask for hot water like a beggar but even then none of the venues wanted to give us any hot water. Place is great if you have no young children or going just as a couple.

A fabulous hotel, elegant, spacious, but I would not recommend it for families with children under 15... there is nothing for them.

I have to say, overall , we are very disappointed.
When we checked in at lobby around 5:00pm, the clerk made a mistake and we had to wait for about 20 minutes longer. However, I do understand there's always a lot of people in the hotel lobby. For a five-star hotel, we expected to have a coffee/water kettle for their guests. I wanted to drink some hot tea in the morning, so I finally called the hotel the next day and asked about renting it. I think it's outrageous that it's $50 to rent out a hot water dispenser. I called their colleagues on the phone about giving me a clean kettle. We waited for more than an hour and after midnight. The line kept cutting. They had already boiled the water inside the kettle for me. However, the next day, the inner liner of the kettle that was very old, stained, and smelly. The lid was also broken. My room is 8626. They should be checking the condition of the kettle before boiling water and sending it to the guest. But because of the tight schedule every day (and it takes a while for room service, I decided to not call for a replacement. In addition, for such a large hotel, I'm wondering why there is only one 'Do Not Disturb' sign for guests to use. Why is there no sign for cleaning room? When we returned to the room on our last night, no one cleaned the room or took out the trash....etc. We did call room service for assistance, and they told us that we have to let them know. We were not aware of this sooner, making the stay a little more disappointing.

Terrible room service and air quality!!!
Our room service food was terrible! All three breakfast, lunch, and dinner was poor. All taste old! For that price we should be given top notch food! I could get way better food at Denny's. Of all the hotel casinos, Bellagio reaked of cigarette smoke. We will not ever stay there again!!!!

Beautiful Stay
The stay was really nice. The Conservatory was amazing. The restaurants were good but definitely over priced. The fountain view was amazing and so beautiful made the stay all worth it to have such easy access to it.

Good Stay
Location can't be beat. It was extremely busy at all hours of the day and night but it was holiday time, so to be expected. Staff were all incredibly helpful and kind. Hotel is looking like it's in need of a refurb. Room was fine, good view of the mountains. Room service was extremely convenient to have whenever it's needed and the food was good/large portions. They should do something about the slamming room doors. Only thing that kept me up and I had to buy ear plugs after night 1. No complaints, it was a nice stay!
