Wheres the parking?
After booking we got an email stating they had limited parking, upon arrival there are only 12 parking spaces!! I booked this hotel because it said they had parking. Staff was excellent, but wont stay there again

Check hot water temperature when you arrive.
The water of the shower was lukewarm at best. I could not verify afterward if they fixed the problem. Other than that, my stay was excellent. The breakfast, especially. Such a variety of foods (cereals, waffles, oatmeal, eggs, sausage and bacon. Even gluten-free bread. Thanks!) Staff was very polite and helpful.

Great trip home
Customer service was excellent. Marco and Anass were at the desk upon check-in. They both helped with loading the luggage cart and Anass personally brought it up to our room and unloaded it for us. They were both super friendly and helpful, always willing to accommodate. Staff in the breakfast area were awesome as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were nice. The breakfast was okay for the stay i needed, but after breakfast i noticed.mice running around near the bar. I informed the manager and Mg and my stay was refunded, however had i known in advance that they had a mice issues i would not have selected this horel.

Quietest hotel that I have ever stayed at, and I have travelled to many cities and countries. I am a light sleeper, so the alley side of the building was peaceful. Very modern and contemporary updates. My favourite discovery was that there were 8 usb plug inputs in the room, so you can charge all of your devices simultaneously :) It was a little out of the way from where I usually wanted to be, but I like walking and never used transit. Best time of the year to visit Montreal is in the fall with all the leaves changing colours. Lots of restaurant options nearby and it was close to the subway. The price was decent with the included breakfast buffet.

The hotel is located in a very good area where not only takes us about 15 minutes to walk to old Montreal, but also stay a little away from the noisy downtown. The room itself is very warm and designed, and the condition itself is very good. We enjoyed our stay, and loved the staff.
