The people are very friendly, good price and very good location..minutes to el zocalo, an Oxxo right next door open all night. Didn't like the fact that the pool was not open. Still dealing with the affects of Huracan Otis.

La limpieza es nefasta no lavan ni el baño, las sábanas nunca las cambian hasta que dejas la habitación, nosotros éramos 7 personas y solo nos dieron dos papeles de baño y 3 jaboncitos durante la estancia de tres días, las personas son muy caronas, no lo recomiendo para nada

Muy bien todo, precio muy razonable y queda cerca de varios puntos de interés. Obviamente tiene detalles como cualquier hotel budget, pero en general todo en orden. En serio si quieres un hotel gran turismo pues tienes que pagar tarifas de gran turismo. Muy acorde a su tarifa y ubicación. Sigo sin comprender a las personas que buscan hoteles budget y esperan tener sábanas de seda y amenidades de primer mundo, no sueñen amigos.

No tienen la información completa cuando revisas el hotel sus opciones y servicios, aunque aceptan mascotas hay un cargo adicional que te mencionan hasta que haces check in. En esa ocasión no había agua caliente también notificado hasta ese momento. Nos habían asignado habitación sin TV!! Aunque eso fue resuelto en el momento. En general una no muy buena experiencia. Está limpio pero muy descuidado, no como en las fotos.
