"Room was great. Spacious & comfortable. Had a Beckett where you can sit to lounge & also nice table to look out the window. The AC was nice & cold & never shuts off even if you leave the room like most hotels in Laos. Water pressure was great in the shower. The hotel was the nicest holiday inn I've ever stayed in and it's super posh unlike the Holiday Inn's in America. The gym was big with lots of equipment. Infiniti pool was Amazing. Only thing is the water was always freezing cold no matter the time of day.
The front desk staff was TOP notch with their service. Everyone spoke English so well which helped.
In particular-a young lady named INPENG went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I were taken cared of. I had asked for her assistance on finding some items and she went above beyond to make sure those request were filled. She is the true definition of what customer service is
