"We had no hot water at all and could not shower all weekend. The sheets had stains on them and the room had a smell to it so we had to keep the windows open for air. We tried to call the number given to us if we needed anything after hrs but we had no service so we could nit make any calls. During the day when it was open we had to leave for softball tournament and by the time we got back to try to speak to someone abiut the lack of hot water no one was there.
