"This hotel claims that the staff speak English and Geeman. The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset). "Yes, it is an rather „retro“ Hotel and so the sofa is a bit aged. So don‘t expect brand new furnishing/facillities. But it has it‘s charm and is a reminder of the former GDR. The staff is very friedly and helpful and the breakfast is delicious and offers many variations (also vegan milk and breadspread options) and lots of fresh fruit. "Das Personal und der Service ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war aussergewöhnlich groß und mit einem Balkon ausgestattet. Der Wellnessbereich war sauber, hat aber leider keinen Flair. Die diversen Räume waren schlecht gekennzeichnet und es lagen auch keine Handtücher aus. Auf dem Zimmer gab es auch keinen Bademantel und auch keine Wellnesstasche. Das Haus ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings bis auf den Fahrstuhl ins Wellness,alles funktionstüchtig."
