The breakfast was absolutely amazing, the rooms spacious, and the staff were spectacular! They do not have wash cloths in the bathrooms, but a member of the front desk (can't remember his name) went out of his way to get me one. He was soooo sweet! :)
The wellness area is also very nice and relaxing. It's very close to the Castle Spa and area where the hot spring water is to drink, but it is about a 20-minute walk to Elizabeth Spa. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone that wants to enjoy an upscale setting in Karlovy Vary. :)
