"The Hotel location is very good as we had about the same distances to Lago di Como, Lago Maggiore and Milano. The rooms are basic but very clean. Hotel Staff is very friendly. The breakfast could have a little more Food to choose from, but all in all a very pleasant stay. The Aircondition in the room did not work 2 times but the problem was instantly solved by the front desk Staff. "

"There are no false advertisements or hidden fees, they charge exactly what you agree to pay initially, it is great for solo travelers as the room has all of the essentials, you also have a mini bar, a small desk with a chair, a closet, safety box, hot water, air conditioning, and the staff it's incredibly polite and helpful. "Novotel is a little farther from the airport than we expected however, the hotel offers a shuttle for five euro per person. Hotel is clean. Staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel is out in the middle of nowhere so it is a perfect overnight stay pre or post travel but not much more. "
