"We had 2 rooms booked for family birthday celebration. Myriam (front desk host) checked us in at a private reception area, she was very gracious and welcoming and is an excellent ambassador for Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel. "
"Excellent position for the theatres and very clean and modern. My fault for not looking into it better but no where to put your luggage and no tea and coffee facilities, this is stated on it but i didnt realise. There was also alot of noise possibly from a night till really very late which qas very annoying. But it was clean and the staff were fabulous. "
"For a double room overnight for one person was fine. I would say for 2 people over 50 and have to get up for a pee 3/4 ish in the morning it could be inconvenient. If you are happy with someone straddling you etc. in their rush to the bathroom then go for it."
