Weekend stay
The Hotel was really great and staff were very helpful with my luggage and with advice regarding the local area and London in general. The room was nice and very clean. the location is very close to Paddington station with lots of places to eat.

Tiny room, subway rumble, nice staff.
The place is very convinient to Paddington station where you can take Heathrow Express or Elizabeth line to the airport. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was tiny and shaked every 5 minutes with the subway passing underneath.

Great bargain
Great location, clean, friendly staff. Only complaint is the bathrooms are very small and shower curtain could be wider so it covers the open area. Also this used to be a residence many years ago so bathrooms are an add on in each room which is why they are small. Under construction they said so no breakfast. Overall a very good hotel at a very good price and perfect location if you are using Paddington station.

An amazingly convenient location. Wonderfully attentive and accommodating staff! I recommend this hotel extremely highly -but understand that there is no elevator. They *did* offer to carry my luggage up to my room (on the 6th floor) for me, however!

Very nice hotel well situated next to Paddington Station but on a quiet street. There is no lift which made it a slight challenge for my elderly mom and luggage. The bathroom was by far the smallest I’ve ever been in.
